Refund policy
We are sure that you will love your Huaraches! If you ordered the wrong size or have any other problems, you can always exchange or return your order within the United States. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn, undamaged, in resale condition (meaning no wrinkles or wear on the soles), and in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@isabelshoes.com. Once we have received your return, please wait 2 weeks for a response, we will try to do it as soon as possible.
Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post your refund as well.
